General information

All prices are for a minimum stay of 3 nights. For short stays of up to 3 nights, we charge an extra € 5.00 per person per night.

For our B&B rooms, breakfast is included in the price. For our flats/apartments breakfast can be booked as an option (13,00 € per person).
Breakfast buffet from 7:30 – 9:30 am.

Dogs for an extra charge of 10,00 € per dog and night.

The prices quoted are exclusive of € 2.50 municipal residence tax per person (from 14 years) and day, which is paid on site.

Prices include

  • Linen and weekly change of linen and breakfast (in our rooms with breakfast)
  • wireless internet connection (WLAN) in the main house)
  • TV satelite
  • safe in the room
  • Car parking outside

  • Ski room heated
  • Heating, electricity, water
  • Lounge with small kitchenette in the main build

  • Sauna in the house (on request and for a fee)

Payment

Sauna in the house (on request and for a fee), when booking we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price to be transferred to the following bank account at Raiffeisenkasse Hochpustertal Filliale Sexten in the name of Christian Schwienbacher
