Chef Josef spoils you with a variety of burgers, imaginative bowls for friends of particularly healthy and vegetarian food, tapas for the small appetite as well as regional and Italian daily specials.
We attach particular importance to using products from the local area, meat preferably from the local butcher, bread from the local baker, dairy products from the local Sesto cheese dairy. Our ice cream is supplied by a small ice cream factory from Sterzing.
When it comes to drinks, we place just as much emphasis on local products: various types of beer from larger and, above all, hand-picked small South Tyrolean breweries, wines with a preference for South Tyrol, and fine distillates from local schnapps distilleries.
